If you’re interested in learning guitar or electric bass, I offer personalized, one-to-one tuition for both instruments. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience and want to take your playing to the next level, I’m here to help.
I teach musicians of all skill levels and can guide you through developing your techniques. Feeling like you’ve hit a crossroads in your playing? Pop, Rock, Funk, Jazz, Classical? Want to start playing with other musicians? Wanting to Progress through Grades on your instrument? Lessons are a great way to build your confidence and explore new musical avenues.
I am experienced and thoroughly enjoy working with primary school-aged children, as well as teenagers and adults. I hold a current PVG certificate.

About Me
I have a deep passion for genres like funk and soul, and while my main performance area is currently in pop/rock music, I teach a wide range of genres to suit all musical tastes. With over 15 years of experience playing bass and guitar, I’ve taken numerous music lessons along the way and know how overwhelming it can feel to try to absorb all the information out there.
My approach is all about making music accessible to everyone and encouraging the joy of playing. I believe that music is meant to be fun, expressive, and, most importantly, a way to connect with others. Whether you’re learning to groove or harmonize, my goal is to help you feel the music, embrace your creativity, and experience the pure enjoyment that comes with it.
